科研概述
本团队主要研究领域围绕细胞内胆固醇转运、代谢以及胆固醇对细胞信号通路的调节机制进行研究。聚焦于疾病中 胆固醇代谢紊乱及其导致的胆固醇应激压力响应的分子机制,筛选胆固醇代谢相关基因,进而通过药物设计以及基因组编辑等干预手段为胆固醇代谢疾病提供治疗策略。
